A&D History
A&D Technologies was established in March 2003 when parent corporation, TAG Holdings, acquired the sensor business unit of Dongsuh Corporation, a Korean company. In December 2003 TAG Holdings acquired the ceramics business unit of Dongsuh Corporation located in China and it became the ceramics division of A&D Technologies. Included in these acquisitions were numerous product and process design patents for both ceramic and temperature sensing products.
